I do a small bit of consulting on the side.

But why would you want to work with me?

Professional Stuff

Well, you can read about my professional experience here.

The short version is:

  • I graduated law school with honours in 2009
  • Between 2010 - 2015, I worked as a corporate lawyer in large commercial law firms
  • In 2015, I took an in-house legal counsel gig at a boutique investment bank
  • In 2016, I founded Lindsay Street Partners, an incorporated legal practice that offered legal counsel services to ASX-listed companies

I now continue to work as a legal counsel and occasionally provide the services listed below on the side.

About Me

I can be a little bit polarising. Not because I go out of my way to rub people up the wrong way but I just seem to have a different way of looking at the world. People that have worked with me in the past (the ones that didn’t find me annoying that is) have said that although I am a capable and hard working lawyer, it’s the interpersonal and outside-the-box-thinking skills I bring that have made the biggest difference to their teams.

Although I enjoy acting as legal counsel, I miss the opportunities to coach and mentor other lawyers that private practice provides.

So I’ve set aside a few hours a month to offer one-to-one coaching for lawyers looking for a safe place to focus on their own development.

If it sounds like something you’re interested in exploring then reach out and we can consider whether I might be a good fit for you.

Right now I'm not taking on any new clients in this area. If you'd like to be updated once I'm looking for more consulting opportunities please let me know and I can add you to the (extremely short) list.

Please note: I’m lucky enough to have a job I like with a team I respect, and so I’m not looking for a new job right now. I offer these consulting services for fun and for my own development. Recruiters please do not contact me about roles you may have available - thanks :)
